  1. Fill out and send the BUSINESS APPLICATION FORMthat is on this web site. One of our Directors will get in touch with you in order to start a dialogue. All interested parties should send to our Directors any other additional information on themselves they feel will benefit them.

  2. In the event that you fulfill the requirements to be considered as an EMPIRE Business Brokers Licensee, you will be invited to visit our offices in the City of Buffalo, in order to hold an interview with our Directors and President.

  3. After the interview you will be handed our Licensee documentation, so you can have more information on the rights and obligations of each of the parties, as well as the operative details of the License.

  4. In the case of both you and the office space you are proposing being approved and you desire to continue with the investment, you will be asked to sign for the License document. 

  5. If you agree with the terms of the agreement, you will be asked to sign it and pay the required fee so we can set the date for the Training Program.

UPON THE CONCLUSION OF THESE STEPS YOU WILL BE A FORTUNATE OWNER OF AN EMPIRE BUSINESS BROKERS OFFICE.
